Lent & Easter
Lent is a 40 days, of prayer, fasting, and almsgiving that begins on Ash Wednesday and ends at sundown on Holy Thursday. It's a time of preparation to honor the Lord's Resurrection at Easter.
"Do not be afraid, for I know that you are looking for Jesus, who was crucified. He is not here; he has risen, just as he said." Mathew 28:5-6
